The PhysiPod overdoor exercise kit is versatile, efficient and easy to use. This premium kit allows you to improve strength, coordination, stability and range of motion by using premium grade exercise tubing specific to your needs.
Simply attach the tubing via the premium ergonomic handle and the convenient interchangable door/table device to best suit your rehabilitation program. The tubing can be attached above shoulder height, at waist height or at floor level, according to your needs. Target specific muscles groups for excellent results.
